Once we receive your order, we'll contact you by email at infoo.toplifestyle@gmail.com with a preview of your custom design.
You can request as many changes as you'd like. We'll keep refining the design until you're completely satisfied. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
Once you approve the final design, we'll start producing your custom clothing.
After production is complete, we'll carefully pack and ship your order straight to your door.

Every order is made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

Production & Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 10–12 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over €90.
Orders below €90:€3 shipping to most countries.€5 shipping to Switzerland and Australia.

Returns

As our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or replacements if:

The item arrives damaged or defective.
The package is lost during shipping.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size selections or other customer-related mistakes. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
