Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

Because all of our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any other customer-related reason.

Please carefully review our size guides, product descriptions, and order details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before placing an order, feel free to contact us.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your package is confirmed as lost during shipping.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages) and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item (when applicable).

We reserve the right to request additional information to assess your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Change of mind.
  • Buyer’s remorse.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Orders refused by the recipient.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or sizing that are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or has been shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may request reshipment by paying the applicable shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at infoo.toplifestyle@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. Once the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

European Union Consumer Rights

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

As all of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost during shipping.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
