1. How does the Full Custom work?

You download the template, design your piece, send it to us, and once payment is made, we’ll contact you to finalize the mock-up. Nothing is printed until you approve the final design.

2. What do I need for a Semi Custom order?

Just send us a clear photo of your bike (side view preferred), the brand, and the model. We’ll create a custom design based on your bike and send you a mock-up for approval before production.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your design is approved, production and shipping usually take 7 to 12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item is on its way.

4. What if I don’t like the design?

No worries! We don’t print or ship anything until you approve the final design. We’ll make adjustments until you’re happy.

5. What kind of customization can I do with Pre-Designed items?

You can change colors, add names or numbers, and personalize the design to make it your own — without starting from scratch.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. If you want to confirm we ship to your location, send us an email or DM us on Instagram.

7. What if the size doesn’t fit me?

Since each piece is made to order, we don’t offer size exchanges. However, we provide a detailed size chart on each product page, and you can always email us for advice. Tip: we recommend choosing one size up from your usual size.

8. What kind of print quality do you use?

We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment), DTF (Direct-to-Film) and embroidery depending on the product and design. All prints are made with durability and quality in mind.
